What is a Letter of Authority (LOA)?

Refresh Now work similarly to a broker but that is only a part of our services. Some of our clients return to us year after year and some have been with us for over 15 years as we work as an extension to their business in a consultative manner.

An LOA is a letter that gives us the authority to talk about you and negotiate on your behalf. It allows us to speak to energy suppliers in order to gather data and prices and enables us to negotiate the best rate. This letter does not allow us to place a new contract or change your existing contract without your permission and does not in any way form a contract between yourselves and Refresh.er.

No fee is charged for our initial costing exercise. We will analyse the existing contracts and identify opportunities for savings. Refresh Now will only receive a commission from the Energy supplier if your business is placed.

For brokers that have several years’ history behind them and good relationships in place, they will always obtain better rates than an
individual approaching the energy companies direct, this is because negotiations are judged on the size of the broker's portfolio and expert negotiation teams.
